The Row Crop MF150 tractors did have the rear axles with the planetary on them. The regular low profile & high clearance MF150 do not have the planetary on the rear axle. I am not sure which planetary was used on the MF150 Row Crop there was three different ones use while the 100 series tractors were in production. I have pictures all three. I you will send an email address I can send the pictures for you to look at once you figure out which one you have I can help you find parts for it.
