just bought a MF 30 industrial. Came off the truck in reverse. rode around the field a few times to get a feel for it. Went in reverse fine twice. Tried to go in reverse a third time and wouldnt. I'm not very familiar with shuttle shift. Called the seller to ask about it. Said i might have screwed up some linkage by forcing it. When i put it in forward, runs fine. Can put it in high, low, 1st, 2nd, 3rd fine. When i put the shuttle shift to reverse, it moves the high/low stick to the high position of forward, and the high/low stick will not move, and it runs forward. Is it possible that the shuttle shift stick just needs to move farther forward? was thinking about disconnecting the external linkage of the shuttle shift in order to try to push the stick farther forward, but i dont want to make things worse.

I'm looking at the different service manuals in order to get one. It looks like there is a MF30 MF30B, MF30E, how can i tell which model i have?
