Tommy here from SC. I don't have any pics but you should be able to find the tractor serial number on a flat area on the upper right side of the clutch/transmission housing right behind the starter (top surface). It may be hard to see, especially if it has a loader on it. The engine number will be on a flat area on the RH side of the engine just in front of the starter at the top of the block. It could also be on the left side in a similar position right above the injection pump. I think there is also one stamped into the rear end housing on the top surface near the hydraulic lift cover. I used to work at a Massey dealer in the early eighties and this tractor was somewhat current then so it should be a mid to late eighties model? Hope this helps.

Yes it is. It is about the equivalent of a 245 ag tractor but with a fixed front axle I think. It also has wet brakes (I think). I will also have a foot throttle and many times will have a forward/reverse shuttle transmission.
