I am considering trading to a MF 1135, is this a good reliable tractor? I have never owned a massey but it appears to be a good deal, one problem the dealer says "the multi power has not worked in low for years" is this a problem and what is the multi power anyway? Is this something to shy away from? I am looking for something big enough for row crops but small enough for a hay operation, will this be a good fit? Any input? Thanks.

I'd want to find out more about the multi-power not working. That gives you a lower gear with the flip of that little lever.Say that your plowing, and you hit a spot where you need a little extra power, you just flip that lever and you get a slightly lower gear. It's the same as a TA.We used an 1130 for baling for years and it worked great.
