How many 44 LP Specials were made?

I am looking for the serial numbers and production numbers for the 44 LP Specials.Mine has a wide front end, power steering and 3 point hook-up. Thanks Craig

There appear to be no accurate numbers on even
production schedules for MH tractors, or any
count on the models built outside North America.
I.E. Where was that 33RC with 4 row cultivator,
in Pakistan, built? By 1953, the ranting of Harry
Ferguson, was distroying the Harris Division, sales plummeted, as he boasted to wait for Massey
to build 'his' tractors. Current models were all
obsolete in design, according to him, that should
be withdrawn. Chaos at MHF continued, after Harry
was bought off the Board of Directors. Records on
specific features probably went out with the trash. If there were 300, or 900 LP Specials, who knows? How can one speculate, when most of
the people involved, are deceased?
