There is a good possability it is a Massey Ferguson Industrial 40. It should say on the serial number tag the model of tractor. That serial number system was used on several models of Massey Ferguson tractors from 1967 through to 1980, and an Industrial 40 is one of the possabilities, which would explain the yellow paint and shuttle shift transmission. If it is an industrial 40 that serial number would make it a 1967. I hope this was some help.
