I have a loader on my mf50 but the way it is plumbed you can not use the 3 pt hitch when you use the loader and visa versa. you have to close an inline isolation valve to switch to the 3pt hitch. There is a twin spool valve on top of the hydraulics(under the seat) but the loader is not plumbed through these valves.I would like to be able to raise the 3pt and use the loader at the same time. suggestions??

You tractor likely only has one pump that runs both operations. When you move you draft lift lever to constant pumping and change your position under the seat you can use your remote hydraulics with loader or whatever is connected to the back. With the draft control off constant pumping and the switch under the seat moved to the other position you can use your 3 point hitch. You only have one pump. I just installed a second pump in my 255 for a loader so that I would have both enough oil flow and be able to use either the loader or the 3PTH at the same time without having to throw a switch. Its my guess you need a pump either installed inside the trans like mine ($1,600 installed) or a front mounted pump that may cost just a little less. Check other posts here for one from Big Dean. Normally he lists a link to his web site which is very useful for Massey fans. Good luck.

dO YOU HAVE AN IDEA HOW MUCH hYDRALIC FLOW A MH50 HAS? i AM THINKING ABOUT ADDING A BACKHOE, BUT I AM CONCERNED THAT IT CAN'T HANDLE THE HYDRALIC DEMAND OF A BACKHOE. aNY THOUGHTS?
