If i remember the 130 has a two sided brake pad that is curved and tapered to fit into a pully[brake drum] mounted on the drive axle same as a MF25. I had a local heavy equipment brake re-build shop[ off road trucks/winches,etc] rivit on a material of the correct thickness, and then with a dremel/mini grinder i tapered the sides down to what was needed for fitting the axle brake "drum". A cardboard template of the "groove" can be used to give a reverse image of the shape you need; if the orginal material is totally gone, off the actual shoe.
Be sure to wear a breathing mask when fitting, and ask for an "oil" resistance material to be installed. With a couple of trial fittings on the first one the other three were/are eaiser and operate as good as orginal.
Good luck
