do you widen the tires to plow or do you leave them in. mine are in but it seems to only take a little bite of ground like that.

If your tires are getting only partial bite then you have to much air in them. I only run about 10 to 15 lbs. in the loaded tires. John

I leave my tires in if you widen them the furrow is to wide for the draw bar adjustment The plow should measure 14 to 16 in. from inside the back tire. John

Thanks for the instructive photos!

FYI :
Currently there is a set of bellymount cultivators on e-bay.Could be the final bidding day. I would buy them , but they say they wont ship them, especially to canada. Theyre in NC.

Those Ebay cultivators are only half complete. They're just the toolbars and brackets. No spring tooth, or anything else with them.

Yup, i could see there was something missing, but figured i could substitute/make up the missing parts. A square bar shouldnt be hard. The spring teeth would be more challenge. I thought about using the shanks off an old wrecked spring tooth rear cultivator.
Fortunately, in the meantime i've found a local Pony example which i can copy.
Does anyone out there know if the Farmal Cub has the same setup/components?
