Just saw one an the road near my house been there for a couple of months. I frequent the ford board beings I have a 5000 but its 200 miles south on my farm. Just need a tractor to move horse POOP and blade around the barn. Are they good old tractors? Anything I should be wary of? Thanks in advance. Rick

Rick, in my humble opinon,the 50 is one of the best small tractors made by anyone.If it is a gas model,there is one area to watch for.Make sure the oil pressure is good and does not fluctuate while running.The oil pump is a weak spot and does not get repaired properly sometimes.Not knowing this can be costly as I learned the hard way.Also pay attention to the driveline oil.Often owners have GL 5 in them,WHEN THEY NEED GL1.Good luck.
