I have just picked up a Massey Ferguson 35 Diesel Deluxe tractor as part of a package deal. I have listed this tractor for sale as a whole parts tractor but I want to know more about it. There appear to be 4 plugs on this engine, but the serial number appears to be perkins? I have looked at various web sites and still can't find much information. Any help would be great.
Serial# SDM 189232. Oh yeah if anyone is wanting this thing, Get in touch. The wife doesn't appreciate it in the driveway as much as I do!
Thanks
Kenny

You have an english standard diesel not a perkins. Search archives for more info. Also serial number shows ferguson not massey, "pre-merger".

Hi,

The tractor was built in Coventry, and sounds just like my Dads. Red/Grey MF (FE) 35.It is a Massey, built in Coventry with the standard 23c. When you buy parts, just specify it is a MF (FE) and you will be ok.
