MF-35's are very popular, and in demand- and usually command high prices. One idea of how to get an estimate of its' value, is to take a look on Ebay.

I was riding with a friend a few weeks ago, and we stopped at a tractor dealer- I saw an old 35 sitting there on his lot- so....just for laughs, I asked "how much?" (I knew it would be some outrageous price) and the dealer said $5800!!! It wasn't even a nice one- old and tired and ratty looking!

The 35's are a perfect size for the hobby farmer, and are also big enough to do some real farming....so they're valued by everyone.

I wouldn't mind having one myself...but the prices I've seen are so high, for what I'd have to pay, I could get a bigger, more modern tractor.

Look at some classified ads in your local area, and call up the sellers after the ad is a week or two old, and see if they've any luck selling at the listed price- that's about the best indication of what a realistic price is in your area.

Depends a lot on condition. Location prices can be different. I purchased mine here in Texas 3 years ago for $2,800 - in very good condition. Main thing do lots of checking there are a bunch of people out there that will take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Keep us all posted..
