need 44 frame and info

have mh44 whith broken frame. casting date is 9-17-51. cannot find s#. how can i identify correct frame. also need bell housing and front engine timing cover.

i have a 44 narrow frontframe.never looked to see if broke or welded .tell me where to look for faults. i am in nova scotia

If you live in west central IL I might be able to help you. This isn't the latest 44 but has the late engine/transmission coupler, cast wheels and shoe brakes maybe a 51 or 52. I could check serial number if you want. Parts you are looking for should be plentiful. David B

guy at salvage yard tells me there are lots of differances in massey harris parts. i don't want to buy a frame i can' use. how can i identify what i have and be sure what i buy is the same?
