Could you tell me where you found the serial number on your mf model 97. I recently purchased one at auction. I am having a difficult time finding info.

I found the serial number on my 97 on the left hand side, facing forward just beyond the back side of the engine.

What info do you need? The 97 was built by Minneapolis Moline for M-F. There are still manuals available for it. You get into service stuff, the heroes on the M-M board will steer you right. Tom
