We have a 1953 Massey Harris 44 diesel, narrow front row crop, with factory 3 point hitch, Cast rear wheels, one wheel weight on each side, belt pully. The tractor is in good running condition. Sheet metal is in decent shape, but needs paint.

What is it worth? Don't ever see any at sales around here anymore.

With so many variables, any figure can drop 50%,
or double. If there are NONE 'around', your area
would probably not bring market price, but a haul
to a active market may well cost as much as the 44. Unless you have service receipts on that HD260, it is a gamble, since diesel repairs, good
parts are rare and pricey. A '53 3 point is weak
junque, though it might be a added on '54 Hitch-All,(lift shaft above the PTO housing), Cat. II.
golden. Double disc brakes, good live PTO clutch?
The price goes from 500 to two grand, we didn't
see it, hear it, get all the specs, or state.
