Look on the front wall of the transmission on the drivers right. There is a shift rail cast housing there that should have a small cast lever sticking out to the right side. It has a hole in the top of the lever for a long rod with a bent end to mount to the lever, held in place by a cotter pin. If you have this feature, then you have a true twin power MH. You are probably missing the long rod between there and the governor, and maybe the linkage cam at the governor too. That setup clicks into place when you are in the "B" position (for belt work) or in 4th (road) gear. It somehow allows the basic governor setting to be bypassed and the engine can give you extra (but safe) RPM's for beltwork or road travel. You'll see that little lever move forward when the shift lever is in B or in 4 on the shift platform. Does your tractor have this little lever?

Orchards !!! Never seen a 101 Junior orchard, any chance you could email me a photo or maybe post a photo in the photo section here at YT? Where abouts do you live? I have removed the email hide feature from the above name link.

Oops, I reread your post, you do have that little lever. If you are interested in the long rod and governor cam (which is probably missing) then email me, I will remove the email address hide feature from this post so click on the blue name link.

B stands for "Belt". When you put the gearshift in that position, it changes the governer setting to alow the engine to run faster, hence "Dual Power".
