What year is this MF 35 Turf Special, Hydraulic ?

Serial # is UGM656000742MF 35 Turf Special.I just bought this and am trying to figure out what year it is.It is painted all yellow and looks like it came from the factory that way.It has huge tires on the back ! The hydraulic three point hitch does not work at all,he said he heard something pop when he was blading his driveway and the lift raised all the way up and that was it. Now it is down and and has no action at all, how can I tell whats wrong with it ? can I remove the top plate under the seat or does it need to be split? Thanks

Would seem they were only made in 1963-64,
