A couple of week ago, I had my hydraulic service, Thanks to advice from this forum, I had it working
and is able to lift all my implements.

However I have a problem with it. The lift control do not response. I am using the draft control to attain lift but when it is in the lifting position, I goes all the way up. and If It is not in that position, It will go down.

What could be wrong. Could my mechenics made a mistake in assembly.

Thanks

What model tractor do you have? On my MF1100 the draft control works just as you have described. If you want to have infinite position capability you need to select position control. This may not be the case on your tractor.
