MF35 lift oil change

Any thoughts on how often should the oil in the 3 point be changed? Mine is at least 6 years old. Bought the oil 2 years ago and just haven't changed it since it is working good. Bought what MF dealer said was the right thing. Hate to mess with a good thing.

Just remember to purge the air before you expect it to do anything afterwards.

If you wait to change the oil until you have problems, it is TOO LATE. With heavier use change it each year, with minimal use change it every 2 years. Collects moisture and other contaminants. Use MF PermaTran III. Also change all filters. If you don't know which ones, get a real MF brand Repair Manual and Parts Manual. A little money spent on knowledge and maintenance is much preferred to spending big money on repairs that could have been avoided.
