After unloading a trailer full of round bales my tractor quit lifting them. On the 3 point and the front bucket, it gets about half way up and losses it's umph. The ground was good and sloppy and I was doing a lot of rockin the tractor in this process so I originally thought maybe I just overheated the fluid with the clutch, but today it still doesn't lift them. The hydralic fluid is full, with all of the implements on the ground. Do I need to check this with all of the cylinders extended maybe? With no load they all lift just fine. I have more hay to move so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

First off does your tractor used the three point pump for the loader hydraulics if so will the loader lift a load without anything on the three point. You could have a master control spring problem if it is acting this way. If you have the factory auxiliary hydraulics & a two stage clutch it is probably the pto clutch disc slipping causing your problem. If you will email me I am sure I can help you with your problem.

This tractor does run both front and back hydraulics off the 3 point pump. With no load both ends raise the full height, but neither will go with any weight on them. I don't think I have what would be factory installed auxiliary hydraulics. It has the knob on the floor between your feet to transfer fluid from front to rear lifts and hydro control knobs that I mounted on the fender for the front loader. by the way Big Dean, the check is in the mail for your CD and thanks for all the help in past problems on here.

If you have the two stage clutch put the pto in gear & watch it to see it it stops when the hydraulics stop lifting the pto clutch is what turns the pump with the two stage clutch. If it not that & the loader will not lift when you have no weight on the three point then it has to be in your pump maybe a relief valve.

One common thing to check on your problem would be
the "O" rings on the standpipe below your tractor
mounted lever valve ahead of the seat. The valve
is bolted to tractor with two bolts (socket head
or ll/l6 head size)depending on valve.when lifted
up a standpipe connects the aux. valve with the
internal pump. Ea. end will have an Rubber "o"ring
and a white backup ring.If blown oil will re-circ.
(bypass). Pipe is tricky to get back in-hold with
fingertips and lower till only an inch or less is
still up.then slighty move till it starts in the
hole and then push down with thumb or hammer handle. Then remount valve
