MF 185

I just purchased an MF 185 in Australia, where I live. Its not a loader or anything, just a plain MF tractor. Can anyone tell me if the MF 185 was sold as a plain tractor in the USA. I believe its 72 HP, it also has multipower.

Jim:The 185 was not sold by MF in North America. A very few of them got here by way of the tractor gypsies and importers when the British pound was real low compared to our money. Very rare. Tom

Hallo there "down under", I think you�ve got an real european model of MF. I own two MF 185 and if you need any parts, just mail me and I think I�ll be able to find them here in Sweden.
It�s an Perkins 4-248 motor in it and about 79hp, really a dieselsaver as all Perkins motors.
