i was just looking at some used tractor values
they have a 1953 f 40 i thought they only made the f 40 for two yrs.1956&1957 wright or wrong? thanks in
advance dave

The F40 was made in 1956 & 1957. The Massey Harris MH50 was the same tractor with some minor sheet metal differences in addition to different paint that was made during the same years. In 1958, both were combined as the MF50.
