MF 97 tractor, What is its value

We are thinking about buying a 1962 MF 97 with front wheel assist. It is the early one with the small front axel. It is in pretty fair condition.
The sheet metal is straight, the paint is fair, the engine runs well but uses a lot of oil. The tires are fair. It has a home built cab that is not in very good condition. Can anyone tell me what this tractor might be worth? Is it a desirable collectors tractor? Are there any particular trouble spots that we should look for?.

That's a pretty big tractor and personally, I think something smaller would be a better project, probably more collectable too. Why not go with an earlier and smaller Massey, something out of the 40's or 50's? Most of them are easy to work on since the engine/clutch/driveshaft lifts right out of the frame tub without splitting the tractor. There's a lot of models to choose from, just my two cents.
