While I was plowing snow this morning with our 1100 I noticed that the 3-point would bounce when the tractor was idling. The blade is a fairly heavy JD 115 but the tractor lifts it very easily. The hydraulic pump was replaced about a year ago and sems plenty strong. When I would get off the tractor to change the angle of the blade I would leave the throttle up around 1100 rpm's and it wouldn't do it. Any ideas?

Sounds like you have a slight leakage somewhere in the system. Did you replace the O-Rings on the stack pipe when you did the pump? At high engine revs there is sufficient flow available that you do not notice the continuous correction, at low speeds it takes longer to correct so the linkage drops further. Check by turning off the engine with the position control in transport position. If the linkage falls fairly rapidly then you have a leak. There is an acceptable figure which is a certain drop of a fixed weight over 2 minutes. I can't remember what these figures are. I've identified the problem before by removing the Sideplate and looking to see whether there's oil dripping from the ram (with the engine off of course!)

This is a long shot but, faulty relief valve in the 3point? I had one do this to me once and that was the problem. Easy to get to and replace if needed.
