What is a fair purchase price for a M-H GP? Older restoration, good runner, on steel, crank start, in midwest?

People are looking, but in the wrong places, with
empty pockets. A master mechanic, antique engine
club officer, moved on from restoration of MH's, to Studebaker trucks & cars. He has the 1932 GP
with flathead, restored several years ago, on steel, running,correct green, wants to sell. I
stopped to see him, as I was in his area, Paul is eager to sell,move on. Will load for $4K, no joke.
GP is in Northboro, MA(you just have to get there)

donor GP left, he sold that. Opportunity knocks...
