I have a Massey 65 tractor, and when the hydrolic system gets warm, it does not work properly. It will not pick up very much weight at all. Is there an adjustment that I can do or am I going to have to change the hydrolic pump?

We had a similar problem with our 65 here in Ireland about a year ago. We could lift one round bale in the morning when then system was cool, but after 10-15 minutes the tractor could no longer lift up the bale. We got the mechanic to look at it. He said the seals in the pump were worn, so that the hot oil seeped through them pretty easily. The cure was to take off the lid cover and whip out the pump, but rather than buy a new one, we got a new seal-kit for half the price and the tractor now puts up over 3200psi of oil pressure. That's more than we need. That's all the advice I can offer!
