looking for place that i can find out the year and model of tractor that has the serial number 9A254729,,not sure what it is think it is either a 265 or 275, can anyone help,,even though it does not fall in the yesterday tractor category,, thanks

The serial number 9A254729 is for any MF200 series tractor that was built in 1976 all MF200 models used the same range of serial numbers. One thing that would help is the Engine model the MF265 had the AD4-236 the MF275 had the AD4-248 and the MF255 look very much the same as these tractor it had in the early ones an AD4-203 the later ones had the AD4-236 hope this helps some

Look left to "serial numbers". You will need to enter each model you suspect your tractor is and a list of model numbers beside the year of manufacture will appear.

I did that,, but numbers do not go up that far,, so it must be newer than an 75 or 76 model,, and what can i do to find out,
