MF 255 Cold weather starting aid

Has anybody heard of or had experience with a aftermarket or factory cold weather starting aid besides a block heater or starting fluid. ie. 12V plenum heater. Thank you MS

Mike,

Sorry but I have power to my barn and I use a block heater. I let it heat about one hour before I try to crank. Always starts without
starting fluid. The first block heater cost me about $22 and then several years later I lost the pig tail and replaced the old with a new for about $30. If you can get power use the block heaater. I'm located in Northeast Mississippi so our winters are not real severe but tractor still needs a little help.
