I have a MH 30 with the hyd lift on the back for the mounted implements. I would like to tee into the lines to run an external hyd cylinder. Has anyone ever done this? Does it work?
Thanks,
Kurt

I haven't had a early depth-o-matic in years, but
if you glance at a 1950 or newer 30 or 44 Manual,
that is a very basic possibility with your 30. The
hydraulics on these tractors were always live, and
for 1950, ahead of the pack. There were divertors, bypass lines to the pump, available. Problem is, you need to see the plumbing on the
tractor, or the diagrams. A remote cylinder on a
30 is a modest request. Good luck.

I have a 44 with the lift on the back and a loader. The loader is plumbed to the lift cylinder.Mine has a port on top marked drawn cyl rod end. It seems to work ok except you have to wait for the cyl to extend or retract before the loader moves. But I am having a hyd problem (see post).
