Was out at the neighbors today,and he had his brothers 33 in the shop making a snow blade for it,did a good job on it.His brother didn't know the year of it so i got out the pad and wrote it down 33GIRF 6187 GIVE MODEL & SERIAL #

Can anyone tell me the year of this tractor, And where it was made. And maybe even what number of tractor it was made in the factory--200th or 5000th.

FYI, the remainder of the codes on the serial number are as follows:
33 - Tractor Model
G - Gasoline (other choices being D - Diesel; K -low grade i.e. kerosene, distillate, etc.; B - Butane, also known as L.P. for liquified petroleum, propane, etc.)
1 - Regular Altitude, 1000 ft. (other choices being 5 for high altitude, 5000 ft.)
R - Row Crop (S would be standard)
F - Foor Clutch (H is hand clutch)

Ser. # started at 1001 and ended with 12,607 in 1955
