My '81 does the same thing, blue-white smoke when cold but goes away when warm. Stings your eyes when your hitching up implements. Doesn't lose a bit of oil and my fuels fresh.

Let's find a fix.

Hi Donnie

How old is the fuel in the tank and are you sure
it is good. If you change the fuel let some
fuel 1/8" in the tank otherwise you will have to
bleed the system to restart.

You may disconnect the air hose at intake manifold
to be sure that air filter or tube is not blocked
with mouse nest or other foreign stuff.

If this tractor is equipped with air intake pre-heater the fuel supply solenoid valve may
not close and permit fuel to drip in the intake
manifold.

If it is not already done you may bring injectors
to injector/pump service shop for testing symptom
also include dripping injector(s).
