what is the difference in the parts in the motors that are used in all three of them. i know that the 555 has a bit more hp over the 55, but the case 1000 seiries crawlers ran 100hp or so. what i question is what was the difference inthe motors?

Continental had played with crank balancers on
the JD382, this was probably the power kick, plus
tweaking the injector pump. The MH guy said the
cams were modified, but who can say, without two
on the bench?
