Hi all: I am rebuilding from the "ground up" the 2135 model. I have ordered a manual for it but wondered if anyone who may be familiar with this model could offer some tips and/or secrets of anything particular with this tractor. I am not planning on going into the trans, differential or hydraulic pump as all worked when I bought it running. I will reseal all parts though. I must rebuild engine, brakes, electrical, etc. It has P/S, the Z134 Continental gas engine, differential lock, foot gas pedal override, and had a ton of hours (9800) showing on the tach. It had turf tires (24") on it. I plan on using it to finish mow (84" Caroni) and plow snow with tire chains in winter. I understand that there may be a design deficiency with the engine oil pump drive gear and the P/S system can cause problems. Any others??

Thanks in advance for any tips, parts advice or other related information. Please contact me ASAP.

Sincerely,

Dick Krieger

I have a 2135 that I am restoring. The linkage to the manual throttle is missing. The deddle is there and I can see where it hooks in under the dash, but do not have an idea of how the two point hook together. Do you have a picture of what the linkage looks like. I would appreciate any information you can provide.

The 2135 is an industrial version of 135 Ag tractor. There are a few differences. The steering, and most had a manual shuttle lever on the dash.
