Who do you expect to pull a 277 Continental out of a 44 Special, the near perfect combination?
This is not an engine to be found as a bargain,
unless it has some neglect issues included. A good
277 will be priced the same as the tractor it is
pulled from. Then the seller will begin parting out another downed classic MH. Why trigger this scenario? You can probably fix your 277 for less,
and not end up with a 260, by surprise.
