94# Suitcase weights?

Hi all! My brother-in-law stands to inherit his Dad's MF165 diesel. He says he's got an opportunity to purchase some 94# front end suitcase weights for the tractor. He's asking me what they're worth?? I'm into Olivers, AC's and (gasp) Farmalls and aren't up on MF weight values. Anyone care to hazard a guess? We're in northeast Ohio. Thanks in advance for any help! Don

I've seen a lot of weights in the $.50 a lb. range. what part of N.E ohio? I'm in garrettsville

Hi, slowsmoke! I'm in Medina, My brother-in-law lives in Litchfield Township and my kids are both south of us in Wayne County. We pull in Lorain, Wayne and Medina Counties, stock tractors. I'm toying with the idea of a Chevy 1 ton 4x4 with a 454 in the stock truck class at the Wayne County Fair in September of '04. My boy will be 18 in April and he'd like to pull a truck. I did for 15 years, then got back into stock tractors. I'm spread kinda thin as my Farmall 460 needs set up for the track also. It's great to be busy! Where do you pull at? Am wondering how far Garretsville is from Medina? Don
