hey forgot to tell you something , i just got wide front for mh other mh 44 , getting ready to restore that one sometime in summer and fall if i can find time for it.. but strange, this widefront is really actually massey harris widefront its stamped but the design is abit different, it looks like a super heavy duty, its high arch widefront style.. i can post a picture if you want to see it.. i think its made to handle the loader for mh 33 or 44 you think?

Good to hear that things are going great with the new wife. funny how time does just disapear when there are women around GRIN. Tis a shame that your 55 has not showed up yet. That is a realy long wait for that. The High arch front end you are talking about, i am thinking that you must have the SQUARE bar high arch instead of the round tube front end. If that is what you have dont go leting go of that front end for nothing. I dont know if that front is more commn out west or where ever, but around here all i ever see is the round tubes. If you want to post a pic of it that would be great.

havent taken a picture of it yet.. real soon , sorry about that.. you are exactly right, it has square tubual on it.. now i needed to find some parts for it, cuz some idiot welded the steering arms on both sides , you know where the splines are on top of them? both of them are welded thats the only problem.. im not real sure how i am gonna fix it and make it right like it was supposed to be..

I came across our friend "off the land" just last week after old Saddam was captured. OTL was over there on tractor business with Saddam himself trying to pry Saddam's greedy fingers off the dictator's pristine, desert-stored, original collection of triple-numbered Masseys. They were stored undergound in some bunker near the city of I'llgrabya. OTL hasn't been on the forum here for some time though, seems some desert sand (or some other gritty substance) had found it's way into his computer keyboard and shorted everything out. We had a cup or two of green herbal tea then he said he had to be on his way. Last I saw him he was hand-in-hand with one of Saddam's many wives (heading in the direction of the aforementioned bunker). No doubt he'll be back on the forum soon once he gets those triple Masseys loaded up on one of George Bush's aircraft carriers. He's hoping that those ships will get back here sometimes mid-century (when that war will be winding down), then the old iron will be triple (pardon the pun) their value.

How do these Guys, OTL & Brad(michigan), compile all this MH data? They are hard core MH Guys, not
parts jockeys. Brad appears to be the walking encyclopedia of parked MH tractors. That "rare"
box tube WFE you have, was posted by OTL as one
removed from a 44Sp on a farm, in the Dakotas. So,
are there two? Seems both these MH Guys got more
e mail questions than they could answer. How can
Brad work, and find exact MH's for others? We may
have pushed away some of our sources, hope not...
Happy Holidays.

Off the land seems to live walk breath and live MH tractors. I asked him once just how it was that he knew so much about them, but never got an anwser on that. kind of wonder if he worked for MH or something. I am betting that he has a massive collection of MH tractors. i was surprised when i came back not to see any posts by him here. We dont have many here on this board that know to much about MH tractors in a whole. i would go out on a limb and say that OTL has a greater knowage pool on MH than every one on this board combined. Brad i have not posted to him much and have not seen alot of what he posts.
