Can the hydraulic over air cushion cylinder for the seat system be rebuilt or is there an inexpensive aftermarket replacement available?

I would guess that a good hydraulic shop should be able to re-build the cylinder, I've had several redone at a shop locally, however, he retired earlier this year, so I'm shoping for a new shop also.

Chuck, I remove all that mess, plug up the lines, and rig a spring up underneath. alvinnms

I thought about that but the hydraulic seat seems pretty neat and I sure would like to put it back right but not at the $200+ cost of a new cylinder.

All that I ever see have been worn out for years. The cost of parts will eat up the value of a tractor if a person tries to fix it like new. I only buy absolutely essential parts, and jewelry rig the rest. alvinnms
