MF 175 diesel was a very popular tractor with a 4 cylinder Perkins engine. Had about 60 to 65 PTO HP. Made from middle 60's to middle 70's. As for the worth, depends on condition of engine, tires, appearance. Checks engine for ease of starting. Touch engine block before starting to check if engine has ben started prior to your arrival. Tired engines will start when warm but may not when cold. Look at exhaust for excessive smoke. Check 3 point lift and PTO for proper operation. Check all gears and Multi Power, brakes one at a time. Look for worn steering parts in front end. See if gauges work and tin is straight. Check clutch for ease of shifting. Depending on your location, value could be from $4000 to $6500. Check serial number to verify year of tractor manufacture. The Perkins engines were and are still good performers. The Fergurson system (hydraulics) is almost bullet proof. I have a T0-20, TO-35, 255 and a new 4345. Ray
