Hi All
I am thinking of buying a MF65 and would like to know how available are repair parts?? I read alot of people have front end problems. Do we still have good factory support, if not what about the after market?? Are the prices reasonable??

Thanks

Rob

Yes and no most parts are available some are nt radiators are like gold I finally had mine rebuilt for about 300 dollars they kept the tanks and replaced everything else. I buy most of my stuff through Valu Bilt in Des Moines some stuff is high other is reasonable most of your replacebles are available through your local parts store if they are a good store (dist. cap, points condensor etc.) Hope this helps I love mine and have to get rid of it because of moving.

Parts availability is not that bad, really, considering the age of the 65. I'm just finishing restoration of a 65 diesel that I've owned for 25 years. MF has a "Heritage" line of parts and most maintenance (filters, etc.) items and small parts are available from the dealer. A & I and other aftermarket sources are really picking up the slack. I bought a brand new, excellent quality, Irish-made radiator for $225. A & I doesn't sell retail, so find an aftermarket parts and tractor salvage company to buy from. Most have multiple sources and some are linked to networks of hundreds of dealers. Good Luck!
