MF50A Steering

Steering on my MF50A seems to be getting "weak".Turning steering wheel will no longer turn front wheels to stops. They seem hesitant when weight is on them. Lifting the front end weight off the wheels and they turn fine. Anyone advice on which to look at first-hydrostatic hand pump, steering valve or steering pump itself.

First thing to try is checking the fluid level & bleeding the system. Costs nothing & could work. Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock a couple of times, with the front wheels off the ground if that makes it easier.
