I have a MF 135 contential gas 135. The wire from the temp guage is no longer attached to the guage. I have a new temp guage but was looking to see where the probe goes into the block. The only place I can find is on the left side of the engine but there is a drain plug there. Has someone replaced the probe with a drain plug or does the probe go somewhere else?

On my MF35 the temp probe looks like it goes in at the bottom of the thermostat housing. You can see it on the left side just below the upper radiator hose. Yours is probably the same, since these tractors are simmilar.
