geroge I have the MF 203 almost same as yours except I have 3 cyl perkins diesel the front grill on mine is only held on by two bolts at the top once those are out you can take grill right out. the rads on most of these should have two mounting bolts or nuts at the bottom which connects them to the front bolster support one you have to take completely out other one may just have to be loosened and turn rad a bit. I have the manuals for this so if you need more info or scans let me know

Rod,

Thanks for the post. I didn't a problem with the radiator, but I could sure use a scan on removing the drive shaft to the loader pump at the drive pulley on front of crankshaft, and related. Might need to replace pulley, as it has a broken flange. email is [email protected]. Also, do you have amount of hydraulic fluid required for loader. If there is anything special required when refilling fluid, priming, etc, that would be good to know.

Thanks a bunch

Gary,

My tractor has the cast iron grill surround; and on mine at least the lower section of the above is welded to the loader arms. Not certain if the top portion can be removed to ease the radiator removal.

Thanks for the reply

Geroge, use this as a reason to get manuals for your tractor. Don't get IT manuals, get MF original manuals: 3 of them - Operator Manual, Repair Manual, and Parts Manual. You need them if you are going to keep the tractor and do your own maintenance and repairs.

Can't really comment on an MF 202 but took the radiator out of an MH Mustang. I would imagine it to be somewhat the same. I had to remove the hood and the grille. It was pretty obvious from there. The grille may not be necessary but was for me and what I was after. Check with Big Dean he should know for sure. Dan
