As mentioned in the earlier post "Is this an F-40", I bought a '56 F-40 today with a busted block. If I can find a good replacement motor, I'll R&R this tractor and keep it. Otherwise it gets parted out. Anyone know where a good Z134 can be found?

Thanks,
Mike Johnston

Casting cracks can be easily arc welded with new rods. Search welding cast iron. Worked for me.

If Mike didn't take the block, is it still available. I am also in need of one.
Please email me if you have any more information about it, such as price and location.

Thanks,
Jason

I guess different things are called differently in different places .... but what exactly is a "nose cone"? Never heard that term used here.
