before i pull the wrong access plates, can any one tell me which is the right one to get to the hyd. screen filter on my 1958 m.f. 85 gas.? the arms shudder coming up light, but with any implement on, they won't lift it off the ground, steering and p.t.o. are working good, also what should the proper settings be for the draft? Thank you from the eastern ozarks, Gary Redinger

I have a Super90 gas.Ours would shudder when lifting,the dealer said it could be from sticking valves in the pump.When i had the tractor pulled in two to fix the PTO clutch,I took the pump apart and cleaned all the parts,now the hydraulics don't seem to do it anymore.Hope it helps.

the hydraulic pump intake strainer is under the
flat plate that is directly under the hydraulic
shut-off valve.it will be on your left if you are sitting on the tractor.i just took mine off today and it is missing so i am going to order one.hopefully this will help you..
