How can I tell what model my red fergy is? I cannot seem to find a badge anywhere. I think it may be a TEA35, but not real sure.
Can I use ordinary car engine oil for the engine as well as the diff/gearbox if it is a TEA35?

We have a 1946 Massey-Harris tractor. If it were in very good condition what would the value be. Please let us know. Thank you.

There are to many unknown varients to say what you have, you need to get started with the serial no. this will give the age and what model you have,
from that you can order up the right manuals that you need.
Click on my name and send me an email and I will only be to pleased to help ID your tractor and depending were you live give you addresses of manuals suppliers.

Hi I saw your posting for help to ID your tractor, if you still need some help let me know and I will send you an attachment called "Help me to help you", it asks you lots of questions for you to find the answers too and send back, from those answers I will be able to help you.

I use original Ferguson reference books and information I have obtained over the years.

I have ID Ferguson Tractors all over the world via the internet, and would only be too pleased to help you.

Thanks for your reply.
I got in contact with the Massey Ferguson dealer today. He said that if the Fergy has a single gear lever and the same lever is used for starting then it is an TEA20.
Would you agree?
Do you have access to workshop manuals? If so can I get a copy somehow or where do you recommend I could get a copy?

Regards

Rob
