I'm looking for replacement rubber bushings for the seat on my MH444. These are the small rubber bushings that go in each side at the bottom of the seat support at the pivot point. Are these available or has anyone found a good alternative, such as automotive application.

TIA

Go to your local Case/IH dealer and get bushings for "M" seat, they are the same.

An identical bushing is used in a john deere seat shock and spring setup on 4020's. The bushings are available separately from deere.

If you are asking about the bushings on the seat shocks, I found that some old Chevy truck shock bushings work. They are two piece bushings and seem to fit fine. My source was NAPA, but others have them also. Sorry, I don't have the part numbers anymore. Hope this helps.

Difficult to get, through mail order, since some
piece you have, may not be original. Suggest you
disassemble, try to match against a 'letter'
model Farmall. I know, stocked parts are rare, but these cheap rubber bushings may be loose in a
parts bin. On visual comparison, possible match.
A bearing/bushing supply house will not have any
numbers, so they would just order something that
seems close. Have you looked at restored' letters'
at Ag events? You may see the bushing on an 'H'. Good luck.

They do look about the same size as anti-roll bar bushings on full size cars. I'll take one into the parts store and see if they'll let me look through boxes!

Thanks for reply
