I am currently looking at several tractors and trying to decide which one to buy.One is a MF 25 S.N.M.Y., MADE IN FRANCE. DO NOT KNOW WHAT YEAR. I THINK IT IS IN THE MID 70'S. he says it is 30 HP.
Can anyone tell me anything about this tractor. are parts avail. in the states: or will every thing need to be ordered and shipped.
THANKS JOHN

I saw one of these at a dealer the other day. It is a funky looking machine at best. I did a search on this site and found very little. Were I you, I'd avoid it.

I bought a 130 (later version of 25) at consignment auction once, without knowing its heritage (just looked like a nice little MF). It was kind of a mess- fixed it up and cleaned ut up as best I could. My tractor-savvy friends all told me parts were impossible to find, but I didn't have to buy any. Took it back to the same auction I bought it at, and apparently, the buyer shared my enthusiasm: I was standing within earshot when he looked at it after buying, and he was heard to say, "Made in FRANCE! %#%$*! ". I wouldn't recommend it- mainly because there are so many better alternatives.

For parts ask here-http://www.mabiebrothers.com/frame.htm.

Good luck
