Did the Ferguson tractor have what was called a tractor jack that was mounted on the tractor so that it would lift itself to be able to change tires and such? Does any one have any information on this unit? I am not sure if it was supposed to be used on a Ferguson or Ford. Any information greatly appreciated.

Yes they did have a jack operated by the tractor hydraulics. Originally it was for the Ford 8N & 9N but it carried on with the ferguson TO and TE after the split from Ford. I have pictures if you want them, Let me have an email address to send them to

What are these jacks worth? My dad has one and may be interested in selling.

they are a 2 part contraption. The big part goes under the rear wheels & most people have that. The 2nd part is smaller & goes under the front, & a lot of people have lost that part.
