I need a set a of manuals for the 165. Which one seems to be the most benifecial? There is $20.00 differance, but if one is better than the other it would be worth it to me.
Thnks Tom

The Intertec manuals are all but useless. They are very generic and cover lots of different models in the one book. I have the one that covers the MF-35 and it tries to cover the TO-35's and about 6 other models, gas or diesel. They are more confusing than helpful. Stick with the real deal...get the factory Massey manuals and you'll be glad you did!

Get the MF manuals, 3 of them: Operator, Repair, and Parts. You will need all of them. Several times my MF Parts manual has been the only source of enough detail in the exploded veiws for correct reassembly. Good luck.

The manufacturer's manuals are more complete, better illustrated, and easier to understand than the others. I've used both and I'll stick to the MFR's . Jim
