oil pressure on my 35 starts to drop after it runs for about10-15 min., gets to about 10lbs., also runs hot 200+, doesn't use any oil, could this just be the oil pump getting weak?

You did not say what oil you use?? Try some Mobil Delvac 1300 15W40 Diesel Oil, along with the correct new filter. Overheating: Drain coolant, look down filler neck with flashlight; if core is partially plugged, pull radiator and have shop boil out or rod out. Flush with garden hose with block plug open, and if possible squirt back through the block drain. Replace thermostat and new gasket. Inspect upper and lower hoses; if deteriorated or soft replace. Refill with Preston collant at 50/50.

all oils when they get warm will make the oil presure drop. it is a thining out of the oil. if you use multie wieght oil it is more easy to see. i would not be conserned with the presure with what it is at. also the over heating might be from a bad thermostat. it mightbe sticking

Check your oil to see if it has diesel fuel in it. That will cause the oil pressure to drop on one like that.
